Audrey Ritter:
Ms. Ritter was employed for ten years as In House Counsel for a large commercial collection agency and is an expert in asset recovery. She has personally litigated hundreds of collection matters throughout nearly every county in California. Her responsibilities included handling pre-suit demands for payment, initiation of suit, and all stages of litigation including mediation and trial. She is an expert in negotiations, and has extensive hands-on experience in setting up settlements, payment arrangements, stipulated judgments, confession of judgments, lien enforcement and satisfaction of judgments. She has vast knowledge of judgment enforcement techniques including levies, wage garnishments, property liens, and other measures. She also has managed and monitored hundreds of additional cases forwarded to out-of-state attorneys for litigation.

She primarily represented Fortune 500 companies including American Express, Bank of America, and Verizon, in addition to representing major insurance carriers.

In addition to her litigation responsibilities, Ms. Ritter continuously trained and monitored collectors to ensure compliance with the FDCPA, and applicable state laws that regulate the collection industry. This background gives her an insider's knowledge of creditor and collector tactics.
